Current Event 14:”Measles reborn from movement”

A movement had been formed to not get the vaccination for measles. The world has been trying to eradicate the measles but that goal has been being slowed due to this cause. There are many outbreaks of the measles going on right now in two in New York & one in Washington state. And a outbreak in New Jersey was reported. This movement is one of the top most deadly movements as the article says, ”About 1 in 10 of those infected, especially children, will develop an ear infection. About 1 in 20 will develop pneumonia, & about 1 in 1,000 will die.” there has been a sharp increase in numbers of people reported with the measles.

I feel bad for the people that refuse to give their kids the vaccination they are only kids! How would you feel if you had your parent refuse to give you a vaccination. Those kids are at risk of death because of what? What parents not giving the vaccination to their kids! I really hope these kids are ok and don’t die or get some bad disease because of their parents decision. How many people are going to die because of their parents stupid decision. This article is fully showing that kids need to get this vaccination before someone else dies. And I don’t want to have to know that there are kids that are getting even more sicknesses from the measles.
